Credit Cards are not the only way you can book an excursion or a cruise.
Contact Odeon Travel Help Desk and we will send you our Bank Account details and instructions about how to make a deposit or send a wire transfer. Alternatively you can visit Odeon Travel Central Office in Rethymno pay cash and collect your voucher. Upon request excursion vouchers can be delivered at your Hotel or at prearranged points within Crete Island.
If you need to cancel your booking:
- Cancellation of the excursion 14 days or more prior to departure, 100% refund.
- Cancellation of the excursion 13 days to 7 days prior to departure, 50% refund.
- Cancellation of the excursion 6 days to 2 days prior to departure, 25% refund.
- Cancellation of the excursion 1 day to 1 hour prior to departure, 0% refund.
If your wish to reserve your tour immediately, search your tour dates and in the last step select the «ΒΟΟΚ ON LINE” button and procced with a full amount payment, using your credit card.
Alternatively, if you require any further information and other payment methods, select the “MORE INFORMATION” button. In this case Odeon travel will reply within the next 24 Hours and will send you all the necessary information and details about your selected tour
