1)Odeon Travel, offers for its clients 24 hours / 7 days, secure online booking system, making it easy for travelers to book instantly.

However for tailor made requests and any further information you may need, send an email through our contact form. Our Customer Help Desk will be more than happy to reply and send you all the necessary information and suggestions about your holiday in Crete. Additionally, you can call our office, from Monday to Sunday, 08.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs local Greek time in order to support your questions over the phone. TEL +30 28310 57610

 Browse our Tours and Cruises reservation system and select the desired dates and tour.

As soon as the reservation procedure is complete we send you a reservation voucher number to confirm your booking which you will need to bring with you upon your arrival and present it to the excursion representative or to the ferry boat reception .

2) Credit Cards are not the only way you can book an excursion or a cruise.

Contact Odeon Travel Help Desk and we will send you our Bank Account details and instructions about how to make a deposit or send a wire transfer. Alternatively you can visit Odeon Travel Central Office in Rethymno pay cash and collect your voucher. Upon request excursion vouchers can be delivered at your Hotel or at prearranged points within Crete Island.

3) Most Excursions offer free Pick up and Drop Off from hotels or prearranged central points.

Together with your personal information do not forget to post your hotel details or the area you wish to start your excursion. Odeon travel representative will soon contact you and inform you about your tour pick up and drop off possibilities.

4)Cancellation Policies:

48 hours prior the excursion-trip , there is 30% cancellation fee.

3-7 days prior the excursion-trip, there is a 10% cancellation fee.

7 days and over, there is No Cancellation fee. Gratis.
