booked a tour with Alpha Odeon to Heraklion and Knossos. Lots of help from Nikos he even sent a map to where we were being picked up plus reminder for trip and the price was cheaper than anywhere else I’d looked .
Only wish I’d booked our other trip with this company too and not our travel agent .

I booked two tours in Crete with this company - the Knossos Palace and Heraklion day trip, and the Spinalonga trip. The communication I received from Nikos was prompt, useful and friendly, and he helped me to book these two trips into a very limited time window with a range of possible dates unlike other companies I had tried! He remained in contact prior to my trips, and provided an excellent service. The trips themselves were very reasonably priced (cheaper than other agencies), with prompt pick-up, clean coaches and excellent guides. I will definitely use Alfa Odeon holidays on my next trip to Cret

I booked a trip to Knossos/ Iraklio 19.06,everything went smoothly.Good information ahead,precise pick-up at hotel and comfortable bus.Our guide,Mrs.Katarina,was very knowledgeable and nice.I was very impressed by her fluency in both English and especially German.All in all a great day out,and an interesting look into the Minoan culture.
