This route is all about discovering the hidden side of South Crete through a relaxed and scenic ride. Starting from Plakias (or guest’s accommodation along the route), we head inland towards traditional villages and dramatic natural landscapes. From the panoramic views of Mirthios to the impressive rock formations of Kotsifou Gorge, the ride combines gentle exploration with unique photo stops.
We continue through the peaceful Cypress Forest and visit a local farm for a refreshing break, before riding across quiet countryside roads, olive groves, and authentic villages. The route then leads us through the stunning Kourtaliotis Gorge and back to the South Coast, finishing with beautiful coastal views over Damnoni and Ammoudi beaches.
